Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) is transformational, people-focused, and emotional work; as such, it is complex and often polarizing. In this session, Kevin Carter provides a methodology to implement DEIJ solutions despite the probability of entrenched resistance. We will unpack how to transform resistance on the macro, meso, and micro-levels of change management. We will also explore and identify ways that you can cultivate a presence that sustains change, embraces wellness and fosters justice.
