I #LiveInclusively by embracing empathy, committing myself to learning and growth, and advocating for the marginalized within my community.” Megan Larson is the Vice President of Marketing and Growth for The Winters Group, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing marketing, communications, new product development, and long-term product strategy. Prior to joining The Winters Group, Megan was the Director of Marketing for Egen, a 7-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing technology company, and worked for 10 years at Thomson, a Danaher company, specializing in marketing automation, webinars, and email marketing. Megan is a contributing author in Racial Justice at Work: Practical Solutions for Systemic Change (February, 2023) with her chapter Disrupting the Racist Narrative in Marketing and Advertising. Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia College and graduated with honors from Roosevelt University (MS in Integrated Marketing Communications) and Argosy University (EdD in Organizational Leadership). She is a passionate advocate for women and works within her community to reduce violence against women and increase equity in education. She is a former Chapter President for the IL National Organization for Women.
