Creating change for an equitable world is a commitment we take seriously. Live Inclusively®️ Actualized is the corporate social responsibility arm of The Winters Group and aims to break down systemic barriers that impact BIPOC communities through sponsorship and grant making to organizations and programs by and for BIPOC; and service opportunities that promote inclusion, equity and justice. Since it's inception, this program has awarded nearly $500,000 in grants to impactful non-profit organizations doing work that supports our vision. During this year's Summit, we will be awarding new grants to three deserving organizations. Learn more by clicking the logos below. Want to support these and other organizations? A portion of every sale from our Live Inclusively shop funds these grants, and supports building a more equitable world. Together, with organizations like these, we are building a brave future.

The keynotes, sessions, and performances have been thoughtfully curated to help us boldly meet today's challenges while developing the knowledge, tools, and skills to bravely reimagine a future where all people have the opportunity to thrive. This all starts with reimagining what it means to live in a VUCA world. The VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) acronym was created by the U.S. Army to describe a rapidly shifting global landscape. Coined in 1987, it's just as relevant today. A brave future beings by transforming the challenges of a VUCA world into opportunities.

Change is inevitable and coming faster every day. In the face of unpredictability, we can't just react. We need a BOLD vision to lead toward something greater.

No one can have all the answers. We have to become comfortable in uncertainty and strive for understanding rooted in empathy, lived experience, and deep listening.

Information overload is the new norm, and when people and technology play fast and loose with the facts, clarity is a revolutionary act. Name the truth, even when it’s hard.

We aren't often afforded the luxury of absolute certainty. Transform fear of the unclear into the ability to respond to any situation by bending without breaking, and pivoting with purpose.

We are committed to modeling equity and making our thought leadership accessible to a broad audience without barriers. Our commitment to financial equity is carrying over in our approach to this Summit. We are intentionally pricing this experience at a point to make this content accessible to as many people as possible while honoring the efforts of our team to actualize the experience. If you are able, we ask you to join us in this commitment to help us create a movement toward equity and justice accessible to all by choosing to "pay it forward" and contributing to our scholarship fund during the registration process.
