Winters Reese for this Virtual Learning Lab designed to support Black people in healing, reflection, and renewal during unimaginable and painfully regressive times. As many Black individuals and communities navigate ongoing racial stress, economic uncertainty, and emotional depletion, this session centers joy as a necessary and sustaining practice. Drawing from the book Black Fatigue, participants will engage in thoughtful dialogue and culturally rooted practices that help them name their fatigue, reconnect with joy, and build the capacity to care for themselves and one another in the midst of it all.
