The keynotes, sessions, and performances have been thoughtfully curated to help us boldly meet today's challenges while developing the knowledge, tools, and skills to bravely reimagine a future where all people have the opportunity to thrive. This all starts with reimagining what it means to live in a VUCA world. The VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) acronym was created by the U.S. Army to describe a rapidly shifting global landscape. Coined in 1987, it's just as relevant today. A brave future beings by transforming the challenges of a VUCA world into opportunities.

Change is inevitable and coming faster every day. In the face of unpredictability, we can't just react. We need a BOLD vision to lead toward something greater.

No one can have all the answers. We have to become comfortable in uncertainty and strive for understanding rooted in empathy, lived experience, and deep listening.

Information overload is the new norm, and when people and technology play fast and loose with the facts, clarity is a revolutionary act. Name the truth, even when it’s hard.

We aren't often afforded the luxury of absolute certainty. Transform fear of the unclear into the ability to respond to any situation by bending without breaking, and pivoting with purpose.

We are committed to modeling equity and making our thought leadership accessible to a broad audience without barriers. Our commitment to financial equity is carrying over in our approach to this Summit. We are intentionally pricing this experience at a point to make this content accessible to as many people as possible while honoring the efforts of our team to actualize the experience. If you are able, we ask you to join us in this commitment to help us create a movement toward equity and justice accessible to all by choosing to "pay it forward" and contributing to our scholarship fund during the registration process.

If the registration fees present a hardship or you need financial support to attend, The Winters Group, in partnership with our generous sponsors, will be providing a limited number of financial awards to those who request support. You can use this form for your request. Notifications will be made on a rolling basis, and all awards are on a first come, first served basis.

Are you looking to connect your brand with a passionate, powerful, and purpose-driven community of visionaries, leaders, and do-ers? Become a sponsor and demonstrate your commitment to diversity and inclusion while supporting an event that is dedicated to building a brave future of justice for all, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. The 2026 Justice for All Summit is the perfect occasion to align mission-driven people and mission-driven organizations. Multiple sponsorship levels are available for public or anonymous sponsorships. Let's be BOLD together.

Yes! The Summit sessions are being recorded and your Standard or BOLD registration entitles you to access all session recordings (unless otherwise specified) for 90 days once they become available. Pay what you can registrants may purchase post-summit access to the recordings for an additional fee.
Once the summit is complete, those who purchased Standard or BOLD registrations will receive an email outlining how to access the recorded content for 90 days of access once they are available. Some sessions may not be available for the full 90-days due to contractual requests from the speaker(s). Those who purchased a Pay What You Can registration will receive information on how to purchase access to the recordings.
We have worked hard to keep this summit as affordable as possible. The administrative cost and fees to refund tickets would mean we would have to raise registration prices. Even for those who are unable to attend the sessions live, those who registered with a Standard or BOLD registration will still have access to recorded sessions for 90 days once they are available. We also have a Pay What You Can registration type that begins at $100 and allows you the opportunity to add any additional amount that is comfortable. Scholarship opportunities are available as well thanks to our generous sponsors.
