M.O.V.E. brings a new way for government organizations to effectively engage their diverse community. Through innovative partnerships, this method works to open the gates of power, inviting community in to build relationships of trust with community members;empower marginalized and historically unheard members to share their stories, illuminating the root cause of disparities existing in current system infrastructures; and inform on ways that government organizations can work to promote healing and create systems change which is more responsive to community needs and builds equitable opportunity for all.
