Bernardo M. Ferdman, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert on inclusion, inclusive leadership, and organizational effectiveness, and the principal of Ferdman Consulting. He is passionate about creating environments, both in organizations and communities, where people can be fully themselves and do meaningful work. For more than 40 years, he has helped leaders, teams, and organizations bring inclusion to life by navigating complexity, working across differences, and turning tensions into opportunities for clarity and connection.
A Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Alliant International University and a Board Certified Coach, Bernardo has published extensively on inclusion, leadership, identity, and Latinx experiences. He is the editor of Inclusive Leadership: Transforming Diverse Lives, Workplaces, and Societies and of Diversity at Work: The Practice of Inclusion.
