Cat Lazaroff (she/they, white body) is a queer woman who supports other white folks in anti-racist focused equity, inclusion, justice, and diversity work. Since 2011, Cat’s work has included a personal and professional journey to center racial justice and equity, including developing and supporting a cultural transformation toward social justice at her former company. In 2020, Cat took a voluntary layoff to build a consultancy focused on the nitty gritty work of identifying and dismantling the barriers that hold organizations back from real progress toward racial justice.
