Jerad Green (he/him/his) is a seasoned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader with over a decade of experience in higher education, government, and healthcare. As a practitioner, Jerad leads initiatives that embed equity and inclusion into organizational strategy, culture, and operations. He is the founder of Quixotic Solutions LLC, a consulting practice that helps organizations build actionable, sustainable DEI strategies. Jerad is passionate about creating environments where everyone can thrive, particularly by centering the needs of historically excluded communities. He believes investing in the well-being of minoritized groups elevates outcomes for all, and he brings this vision into every space he leads.
