Sonya Kaleel is the president of The Inclusion Practice, a consulting firm that helps organizations integrate socially responsive leadership and inclusive practices. She brings over 30 years of experience in leadership development, intercultural effectiveness, and social justice advocacy along with a global lens from living across North America, Europe, and SWANA. She is adjunct faculty and an inclusive leadership coach at Northwestern University and a contributor to the Social Justice in Organization Change Anthology. Her mission is to create spaces that nurture curiosity, compassion, courage, and care, where people can engage with complex challenges and grow beyond traditional structures.
