Sonya Kaleel (she /her) is the president of The Inclusion Practice, a consulting firm that supports organizations in integrating socially responsive leadership and inclusive practices into everyday work. She brings 30 years of experience in leadership development, intercultural effectiveness, and social justice advocacy, along with a global lens shaped by living across North America, Europe, and the SWANA region. Sonya also serves as adjunct faculty and an inclusive leadership coach at Northwestern University._x000D_
Her work is rooted in liberatory practice and a continual examination of how her intersecting identities shape her relationship to opportunity, privilege, and institutional power. As a cisgendered, non-disabled white-presenting person of the global majority—and as an Arab American, later-in-life mom, and member of a multiracial family—Sonya strives to lead with clarity, courage, and care while acting in deep solidarity with those most impacted by inequitable systems.
