Joseph G. Schmitt is a practicing attorney out of Minnesota and has a well-earned national reputation for defending real or threatened class claims by government agencies and private plaintiffs. He has successfully handled national class action litigation, EEOC-directed investigations and Commissioner’s Charges, and DOL audits and investigations for some of the largest employers in the country. Joe has also handled critical strategic initiatives for national employers, including reorganizations, reductions in force, pay equity audits, acquisitions, mergers, and cutting-edge recruiting and hiring initiatives.
