Hamlin Grange  has been a diversity and inclusion strategist for more than 25 years. He is the founder and CEO of DiversiPro, based in Toronto. Through DiversiPro he has worked with a wide range of clients, including government agencies, law enforcement, corporations, post-secondary institutions, social services, media, and healthcare providers.A former journalist, he was appointed to the Order of Canada - that country's highest civilian award - for his "pioneering work in diversity and inclusion and passionate change agent for social justice."
