Description

Accessibility is often overlooked in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. If you're not thinking about it, you may inadvertently be ignoring the needs of your colleagues, partners, and community. In this session, we will explore how accessibility practices in your organization and everyday life can create an environment where everyone truly feels welcome, valued, and is able to participate.

You will learn why accessibility is an essential component of DEI, gain a clear understanding of basic accessibility principles, and discover where these practices can be applied across digital, physical, and social environments. Through real examples and practical starting points, you’ll leave with actionable steps to begin or deepen your accessibility journey and help create a culture where all people can thrive.
