Description

Leadership often comes with a subtle expectation: sacrifice your well-being in service of an organizational mission. For many senior-level professionals—especially those who are BIPOC, women, or values-aligned disruptors—this results in overextension, burnout, and disconnection from purpose.

This session invites participants to explore a restorative leadership model that disrupts grind culture, centers individual joy, and aligns visionary leadership with sustainable practice. Using research-based frameworks, interactive reflection, and identity-conscious coaching strategies, we’ll examine the physiological, psychological, and institutional impacts of “leading on empty”—and what it means to lead from a place of wholeness.
