Imposter syndrome is a signal within the body—one worth listening to. In my work with leaders, I’ve learned that the body speaks long before the mind does. Tightening, hesitation, and overthinking are cues that often tell us when we’ve reached a new level of achievement and where our next layer of growth is waiting.
This session reframes imposter syndrome as a moment of possibility. Sometimes we already have the skill and knowledge and simply need to step into it. The fear we feel comes from the unknown, the unseen, or even the fear of success itself. Other times, we need to understand where we might need to stretch a bit further to reach the next level. When we learn to read the difference, we gain clarity and deepen our presence.
This session guides participants to tune into their body's signals, ground into themselves, and lead from alignment. When you’re meant to deliver a message, you’re meant to deliver it, and imposter syndrome can be the doorway into a more embodied, confident version of your leadership.
