Dr. Elizabeth Speck, Ph.D., LCAT has been a multisector systems change collaborator in the New York City metropolitan area for over three decades. As Founder of M/WBE-certified MindOpen Learning Strategies, she has developed anti-racist, trauma-informed programming for over 40 nonprofit organizations, government departments, and socially conscious corporations, reaching thousands of employees. Prior to this, she was Chief Learning Officer for the Workforce Professionals Training Institute, and Senior Training Director for Safe Horizon, the nation's largest victim assistance organization. With a PhD in Organizational Development and Masters in Drama Therapy, Elizabeth is a "Doctor of Organizational Drama," specializing in helping leaders and teams build healthier working cultures and navigate volatile environments to sustain the fight for social justice.
