Jasmin M. Robinson (she/her) is a consultant, educator, and equity thought partner with professional experience across several industries, including education, corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. Jasmin serves a dual role as the Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Initiatives for the Association for Animal Welfare Advancement (The Association)t and for MSM Global Consulting. She addresses organizational culture and access. Some of her notable accomplishments include co-leading training and development programs, developing diversity resources, and supporting the Association’s DEI strategic plan.
Prior to joining the MSM Global Consulting, Jasmin worked in higher education as a diversity officer for multiple institutions, including small liberal arts colleges and public universities. Additionally, she consulted for k-12 schools, corporate, and non profit organizations to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, program development, training, and facilitation. Her most notable achievements included helping to close achievement gaps by developing student retention programs for low-income, first-generation, and racially minoritized students as well as strategic planning for institution-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Jasmin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Television and Master of Science in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She is completing a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Indiana State University.
