Jerad Green (he/him/his) is an experienced DEI leader with over a decade of experience in non-profit, higher education, government, and healthcare. As a practitioner, Jerad leads initiatives that embed equity and inclusion into organizational strategy, culture, and operations. He is the founder of Quixotic Solutions LLC, a consulting practice that helps organizations build actionable, sustainable DEI strategies._x000D_
Jerad is passionate about creating environments where everyone can thrive, particularly by centering the needs of historically excluded communities. He believes investing in the well-being of minoritized groups elevates outcomes for all, and he brings this vision into every space he leads. Jerad currently serves on the Minnesota Governor’s Council for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, the Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage, and is a board member on Winona State’s Alumni Advisory Board. Jerad is a proud alumnus of Winona State University and the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
