Mary McFarland is the Founder and CEO of Consulting by McFarland, LLC focused on providing tailored business solutions that optimize organizational effectiveness. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Yum! Brands, Inc. (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell), Fifth Third Bank and GE Aviation.

Mary has a comprehensive background in the areas of diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, project management, and leadership development. She has extensive experience in conducting needs assessments, analyzing results and implementing strategic priorities.

Mary serves on the Greater Cincinnati Human Rights Campaign steering committee and is the board secretary of GLAD House. She received the CAREERS and the disABLED Magazine’s National 2016 Employee of the Year Award.

Mary has a master’s degree in Executive Human Resource Development and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), the DiSC Profile®, and Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y
