As DEIJ is advancing despite being targeted, the impact of the work is often heavy for few while benefiting many. As workplaces respond to evolving community needs, what is the cost of doing business, for real? This session will explore the human costs of advancing DEIJ (aka organizational sustainability) within organizations, highlighting both paid and unpaid roles and weaving in physical, social, and emotional tax.
