Description
                                    Traditional ways of management have origins in practices of oppression and domination that foster extractive and exploitative relationships at work and lead to inequity and injustice in the workplace. If we redesign how we work and manage using liberatory principles, we can transform the shape of how we work together, moving from the triangle of oppressive hierarchal relationship to the circle of human connection and reciprocal relationship. In this session, participants will learn how to identify patterns of oppression and domination in management and use case studies to practice applying liberatory principles to reimagine people management.
