Intersectionality recognizes different identities of individuals. However, DEIA has been slow to address disability, especially for people of color with disabilities who face double discrimination. It's crucial to work towards recognizing and uplifting everyone without harm. This session will explore the issue in-depth, and participants should come with an engaging discussion and an open mind. Our goal is to equip participants with a better understanding of the double discrimination they often encounter. So get ready to broaden your horizons and learn something new!
