Dr. Robert Rodriguez is the founder and president of DRR Advisors LLC, a diversity consulting firm. He has helped over 500 companies with their diversity initiatives. Many consider him to be the nation’s leading expert in both Latino talent management initiatives and employee resource groups. Previously he held corporate leadership roles at 3M, Target, British Petroleum and The Washington Post.
Dr. Rodriguez holds a doctorate in Organization Development and has taught leadership courses at Harvard University, Southern Methodist University, the University of Southern California, and Stanford University. He is the author of three books including “Latino Talent”, “Auténtico”, and “Employee Resource Group Excellence.”
He serves on the board of trustees for the National Museum of Mexican Art and is on the advisory council for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in 2020 and will speak again at the event in 2024. He resides in Chicago.
