Marcine Pickron-Davis joined the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in
2017 and serves as the Chief Diversity and Community Relations Officer. She is charged with
leading the college’s PCOM 2025 institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategic plan,
spearheading initiatives that introduce faculty, staff, and students to health and social justice, and
cultivating a network of strategic partners and collaborators around health equity and community
outreach.
At PCOM, Dr. Pickron-Davis is charged with providing the vision, leadership, and execution of
diversity, inclusion, and community partnerships across the Philadelphia, Georgia, and South
Georgia campuses.
She brings 20+ years of Executive Leadership experience and is a results driven leader with a
proven track record of executing and delivering change management strategies within large
diverse organizations.
During her tenure, Dr. Pickron-Davis has focused her work on change management strategies
that advance the institution’s goals for embedding diversity and inclusion into the culture of the
college.
