Michele Lewis Reeves is the Owner and CEO of Grow by Design Coaching and Consulting LLC, an organizational effectiveness sole proprietorship, inspiring leaders to shake up and wake up their approach to people practices such as DEI, leadership development, team building, and culture transformation. Michele is a trained organizational psychologist who has spent the past three decades elevating these practices as an executive, leader, and practitioner in global and national organizations. She is admired for breaking barriers as “the first” Chief Diversity Officer for Presbyterian Healthcare and Raymond James, the first Head of Global Organizational Effectiveness for SAS, and the first black woman consultant to work with Stephen Covey and the 1990’s explosion of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People book. Her accomplishments have earned her several awards, including Diversity Woman Media’s 2022 Class of “Elite 100” Black Women Business Leaders and the 2018 Black Enterprise Magazine Top Diversity Executive award. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and spends her free time volunteering, traveling, enjoying the arts, and golfing.
