Ankwetta B. Achaleke is a trailblazing African woman with over 35 years of global expertise in diversity and inclusion, executive training, intercultural sensitivity, communication, and the art of books writing and publishing. For two decades, she has graced Austria with her wisdom, leaving an indelible mark as a facilitator, coach, and high-profile event manager. She was the founder and organiser of the World Diversity leadership Summit- EU and European Diversity, Inclusiveness and Business Congress from 2010-2014 in Vienna Austria. In 2015, Ankwetta embarked on a transformative journey back to Africa, spending seven impactful years in South Africa.
