Danné L. Johnson is a professor of law during the day and an advocate of a different type outside of the classroom.

Johnson is responsible for helping organizations and individuals to build a culture that values all people. She engages the needs of her clients and students in a deep and probing way which allows for personal contemplation. Johnson enjoys discussions and research around implicit bias.

Johnson has been recognized for her community service and her effort to impact the world. The Journal Record has twice recognized Johnson by listing her as one of the “50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma.” Johnson is a sought-after trainer and speaker. Johnson earned her JD from the National Law Center at George Washington University and her BA in Afro American Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her Certificates in Diversity and Inclusion are from Cornell and DTUI. She is an Intercultural Inventory Qualified Administrator and certified in Intercultural Conflict Styles. Johnson is the founder of Our Work LLC, a boutique DEIB firm.
