Jaylen Spann is a Senior Associate at Whistle Stop Capital. Her primary responsibilities are to support sustainability data collection and analysis as well as business development and firm growth. She works to provide clients with the up-to-date, accurate, and informative information relative to their portfolios and their intersection with environmental and social issues. She is also deeply involved in Whistle Stop's shareholder advocacy work, on behalf of its clients', with portfolio companies in areas such as the corporate use of concealment clauses, workplace equity, the release of material workforce diversity data, and women's reproductive health.
