Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations® Certification Program

Listen Deeply. Speak Boldly. Get Certified.

Have you ever been in a highly-charged professional conversation and not known what to say?
Do you want to use more inclusive language but feel unsure where to start?

Today more than ever, leaders and employees alike must have the skills and competencies to engage in dialogue on historically polarizing and “off-limits” topics. Whether or not we create spaces for these conversations, employees are naturally talking and thinking about current events that may impact them. When people have the right support for these conversations, it increases psychological safety, engagement, and productivity.”

This interactive, skill-building learning experience will leverage the methods shared in the timely books We Can’t Talk about That at Work! How to Talk about Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics by Mary-Frances Winters and Mareisha N. Reese and Inclusive Conversations: Fostering Equity, Empathy, and Belonging across Differences by Mary-Frances Winters while providing participants with the content, tools, and competencies necessary to strengthen their organization’s capacity to engage in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®.

Mary-Frances Winters is BACK!

Mary-Frances will be returning to the certification program as a special guest facilitator.

Having originally developed the model for Bold, Inclusive Conversations® in 2016, Mary-Frances personally facilitated the 3-day program bringing her thought leadership as the creator of the model, founder and CEO of The Winters Group, and expert facilitator.

Now, she is back where it all began, in the same year The Winters Group celebrates 42 years in business, and you will not want to miss it.

The “Why”

The first session is all about understanding the “why” — why these skills are so important and why it can be so challenging to have these conversations.

The “What”

The second session is all about the “what” — what is necessary to create an environment that supports Bold, Inclusive Conversations® and what skills are needed?

The “How”
