Description

Appreciative Inquiry, a successful OD (organizational development) approach to fostering positive, sustainable change, expands our focus to identifying, exploring, and amplifying strengths and opportunities in all our relationships, to build bridges across divides (e.g., people, processes, systems of work, communities, and families). In this session, we’ll share insights and tools from our globally recognised course, with participants in over 53 countries, to build your intercultural competence and strengthen your relationships across differences. You will not only understand but most importantly experience creating spaciousness where an understanding of oneself, each other and the bridge between us is tangible. Learn from being in this session and examples around the globe—equity and inclusion thrive when applying these strengths based tools (Appreciative Inquiry processes and principles) into your daily practices.
