Third-Annual, Award-Winning Summit

April 21-24, 2025  |  Virtual Summit

This is not just a Summit; it’s a call to action, a gathering of passionate minds committed to creating a future where justice knows no limits.

Inclusion is powerful. By its very definition, inclusion supports EVERYONE. And it’s a proven strategy for workplace success: Inclusive teams are over 35% more productive and diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time.

Inclusion Starts With ‘I’
We each have the power to build an inclusive culture at work, starting with ourselves. Understanding our intersecting identities and the dimensions of culture that make each of us unique helps with cultivating appreciation for ourselves and others. At the same time, this appreciation can stoke curiosity, putting us on the path to inclusion.

Harnessing the Power of Inclusion
The 2025 Justice for All Summit, with the theme “The Power of Inclusion,” invites attendees to explore the different cultural factors that impact how we show up at work. Together with prominent thought leaders in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice, we will collectively develop the tools and skills needed to create spaces where differences are not only recognized but also celebrated as strengths.

Building on these strengths, we can develop the skills to bridge across differences related to race, gender, culture, sexual orientation, ability, and other important aspects of identity. Sessions will take a deep dive into the nuances of cultural competence, neurodiversity, generational differences, and more.

This is the POWER of inclusion.

Ignite your passion and fuel your drive for a more inclusive world. Dive into powerful sessions that are both insightful and practical, offering deep talk and real solutions from subject matter experts who bring insight and expertise to the current realities facing us. Get inspired, push your limits, champion inclusion, and prepare for the road ahead. Sessions will follow three tracks: Self-Understanding, Understanding Others, and Bridging Across Differences.

Explore the mindset, skillset, behaviors, and heart needed to connect with others and create spaces that value, respect, and accept the beautiful array of differences that we bring to our work and the world. How do our myriad identities impact how we see the world, how we approach conflict, and how we might think or act?

Sessions will explore: Bias, the impact of culturally learned norms, empathy, imposter syndrome, identifying culturally-rooted conflict styles, the neuro science behind our behaviors, the power of personal stories, trauma and healing, strategies for self-care, and more.

Actively acknowledging, respecting, and understanding the unique customs, beliefs, and perspectives that differ from our own is how people feel seen and valued. When a growing number of people, allies and detractors alike, feel excluded, building an appreciation of our cultural other - especially if radically different from our own - is a revolutionary act.

Sessions will explore: The role of power, psychological safety, empathy, harmful narratives, indigenous values, the Black experience in the workplace, microaggressions, the LGBTQIA+ experience, the Asian workplace experience, experiences of people with disabilities, the Latinx work experience, global inclusion insights, and more.

In an increasingly polarized society,  it is imperative to develop strategies and build the skills to bridge across our differences. Explore topics to help you challenge inequitable systems and thrive together unified for peace, harmony, and inclusion amidst the volatile, uncertain world.

Sessions will explore: Cultivating trust across cultures, inclusive leadership, skills for Bold, Inclusive Conversations®, impact across systems, the business case for diversity, accessible workplaces, holistic integrated inclusion strategies, overcoming resistance and polarization, becoming an effective ally, AI at the intersection of inclusion, and more.

What do we mean by the power of inclusion? Inclusion:

When inclusion is integral to your work culture, everyone is engaged because they feel they belong.

Inclusion encourages learning about ourselves and those who are different from us.

The more we know about different cultures, the more opportunities we have to ask questions and connect over what we have in common.

Our increased connections to different cultures helps us tap into new resources and novel ways of thinking and doing.

Inclusion illuminates the power of dignity and respect in creating strong foundations for all our working relationships.
