Third-Annual, Award-Winning Summit
April 21-24, 2025 | Virtual Summit
This is not just a Summit; it’s a call to action, a gathering of passionate minds committed to creating a future where justice knows no limits.
Inclusion is powerful. By its very definition, inclusion supports EVERYONE. And it’s a proven strategy for workplace success: Inclusive teams are over 35% more productive and diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time.
Inclusion Starts With ‘I’
We each have the power to build an inclusive culture at work, starting with ourselves. Understanding our intersecting identities and the dimensions of culture that make each of us unique helps with cultivating appreciation for ourselves and others. At the same time, this appreciation can stoke curiosity, putting us on the path to inclusion.
Harnessing the Power of Inclusion
The 2025 Justice for All Summit, with the theme “The Power of Inclusion,” invites attendees to explore the different cultural factors that impact how we show up at work. Together with prominent thought leaders in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice, we will collectively develop the tools and skills needed to create spaces where differences are not only recognized but also celebrated as strengths.
Building on these strengths, we can develop the skills to bridge across differences related to race, gender, culture, sexual orientation, ability, and other important aspects of identity. Sessions will take a deep dive into the nuances of cultural competence, neurodiversity, generational differences, and more.
This is the POWER of inclusion.
Additional keynote speakers coming soon!
Prepare to be inspired, enlightened, and motivated as you connect with thought leaders, visionaries, and change-makers who share your passion for making a difference in workplaces and the world. Join a diverse gathering of business, not-for-profit, education and government leaders, advocates, and practitioners for learning, community building, networking, and personal/professional growth.

What do we mean by the power of inclusion? Inclusion:
When inclusion is integral to your work culture, everyone is engaged because they feel they belong.
Inclusion encourages learning about ourselves and those who are different from us.
The more we know about different cultures, the more opportunities we have to ask questions and connect over what we have in common.
Our increased connections to different cultures helps us tap into new resources and novel ways of thinking and doing.
Inclusion illuminates the power of dignity and respect in creating strong foundations for all our working relationships.

We are committed to modeling equity and making our thought leadership accessible to a broad audience without barriers. Our commitment to financial equity is carrying over in our approach to this Summit. We are intentionally pricing this experience at a point to make this content accessible to as many people as possible while honoring the efforts of our team to actualize the experience. If you are able, we ask you to join us in this commitment to help us create a movement toward equity and justice accessible to all by choosing to "pay it forward" and contributing to our scholarship fund during the registration process.
If the registration fees present a hardship or you need financial support to attend, The Winters Group, in partnership with our generous sponsors, will be providing a limited number of financial awards to those who request support. You can use this form for your request. Notifications will be made on a rolling basis, and all awards are on a first come, first served basis.
- Will the Summit be recorded?
- Yes! The Summit sessions are being recorded, and your registration entitles you to access all sessions (unless otherwise specified) for 90 days once they become available. Pre-Summit Immersion sessions will not be included in post-Summit recordings.
- How will I be able to access the recorded sessions?
- Once the summit is complete, you will receive an email outlining how to access the recorded content. Your registration entitles you to 90 days of access once they are available. Pre-Summit Immersion sessions will not included in post-Summit recordings. Some sessions may not be available for the full 90-days due to contractual requests from the speaker(s).
- Why are tickets non-refundable?
- We have worked hard to keep this summit as affordable as possible. The administrative cost and fees to refund tickets would mean we would have to raise registration prices. Even for those who are unable to attend the sessions live, those who registered will still have access to recorded sessions for 90 days once they are available.
- Do you offer scholarships or financial support?
- Yes. If the registration fees present a hardship or you need financial support to attend, The Winters Group, in partnership with our generous sponsors, will be providing a limited number of financial awards to those who request support. You can use this form for your request. Notifications will be made on a rolling basis, and all awards are on a first come, first served basis.
- How do I sponsor a scholarship for an additional attendee?
- During registration there is a "pay it forward" option where you can choose to contribute to a fund to sponsor additional attendees by adding an additional dollar am0unt to your registration. This money goes into our community giving pool and will be provided to people requesting support on a first-come, first-served basis. Any amount that remains unclaimed after the summit will be donated to the Live Inclusively® Actualized grant fund for BIPOC charitable organizations.
- Are any sessions in person?
- No. This is a 100% virtual event.
- How do I find the agenda?
- Once the agenda is available, you will receive an email to choose your sessions. It will be updated as new speakers and sessions are added. All sessions will be included in the ticket price except for the Pre-Summit Immersion sessions.
- How do I cancel my registration?
- This is a non-refundable event; your registration cannot be canceled. You are not obligated to attend live and will still have access to the recorded summit for 90 days after they become available. Pre-Summit Immersion sessions will not included in post-Summit recordings.
- What if I can't attend? Can I still contribute to the "pay-it-forward" efforts?
- If you can't attend live, we encourage you to consider purchasing a ticket. All tickets include 90-days of post-event access once the recordings are available and posted. Pre-Summit Immersion sessions will not be included in post-Summit recordings. If you still can't attend and would like to help provide financial support to others, you can contribute to the pay-it-forward fund here.
- Can I pay via invoice or purchase order?
- Attendees who wish to pay via invoice or purchase order need to contact us in advance of registration in order to access that option. By default, our system only accepts credit card payments.
- Are there discounts for group registrations?
- Yes! We have volume discounts for registration of groups of 5 or more people. To receive the discount, all group members must be combined in the same transaction. Discounts do not apply to Monday, Pre-Summit Immersion Sessions.
- Can I register on behalf of someone else?
- Yes! During registration there is a "CC" field where someone registering on behalf of another individual or group may include their email address to be copied on all materials. The individual's email in the primary email field is automatically registered for the event, so if you are registering on behalf of another, please make sure to put their email address as the primary.
- I registered for the Monday, Pre-Summit Immersion day only and I would like to upgrade my registration to the full Summit. Is that possible?
- Yes! Please contact us and we will be happy to help update your registration to include the full Summit.
