Asheli Mann-Lofthouse is an accomplished Organizational Anthropologist with over 15 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), human resources, and organizational development. As a global consultant and coach, keynote speaker, and program developer. 
Asheli currently serves as Founder, President and CEO of Cultural Outreach and Racial Equity (CORE) Collective, President of the Board for District Six - DeKalb County IL Altrusa International and Chair of the Pick Museum of Anthropology. With a background in mental health and education, Asheli's unique approach integrates anthropological and analytical insights with I/O Psychology frameworks to enhance cultural awareness and drive positive social impact and individual development. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing strategies and programs that promote inclusion and belonging, empowering communities and organizations to dismantle systemic barriers, supporting inclusive talent pipelines, and fostering robust leadership development. As a servant leader and lifelong learner, Asheli employs anthropological and ethnographic methodologies to address barriers to create a more equitable human experience through cultural understanding in society, business, and education by way of collaboration, education and research. Her work is grounded in organizational development and change management techniques, resulting in healing divisions within organizations and communities, aligning value-driven priorities, promoting awareness and allyship, and delivering measurable results in process and program management.
Formally educated in Anthropology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Asheli is a recipient of Culture Amp's 2025 Emerging Culture Creators, and has been awarded an Indigenous Leadership Academy scholarship from Arizona State University. As a participant of the renowned Kraft Heinz WeLead Leadership program, she is certified in Organizational Leadership, Ethical AI & Use and Understanding Bias. Asheli's diverse experience and unique perspective make her a valuable asset in promoting cultural understanding, belonging and inclusive excellence through her Intentional Inclusion™ framework and further strengthens her skills as a master facilitator and global equity consultant and coach.
