How to Talk About Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics. She is the Founder and CEO of The Winters Group, Inc., a global diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice consulting firm. She came of age during the civil rights movement of the 1960s and is a passionate advocate for justice and equity.
