Dr. Megan Larson (she/her/hers) is obsessed with what makes great leaders and how they connect and communicate with people using empathy and a justice lens. This obsession took her through a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. It also took her through nearly 25 years in corporate America in tech, manufacturing, water/wastewater, electrical construction, and other Fortune 500 adventures. As the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at The Winters Group, Inc., Megan has the privilege of partnering with clients on their DEIJ transformations. A lifelong Midwesterner, Xennial, unapologetically intersectional feminist, and insatiable learner, Megan has intentionally built the family of her dreams with her husband and teen.
