Managing the “I” in Inclusive Conversations

February 12, 2025

$150

This session will enhance your ability to be aware of your triggers in potentially polarizing conversations. How do you learn to listen to what you are thinking using metacognition techniques to be able to pause, manage your emotions and engage in a conversation that leads to enhanced mutual understanding rather than more divisiveness?

Talking About Differences with Humility

February 26, 2025

$150

Do you ever wonder how someone could hold a perspective that you think is totally wrong?  In this session we will explore how to listen to those with diametrically opposed views from your own to better understand how their different lived experiences may have shaped their worldview with the goal of reaching common ground and shared meaning. We will explore the difference between acceptance and agreement and how to engage in dialogue rather than debate.
