Despite increased backlash against diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), building inclusive organizational cultures, policies, and systems is more critical than ever. With five increasingly diverse generations in the workforce, leaders must bridge differences to create workplaces that work for all. Unfortunately, many unproven and often ineffective DEI practices worsen "us vs. them" dynamics and fuel resistance. This session will explore why certain approaches fail and facilitate a collective reimagining of more effective, inclusive strategies that lead to more impactful DEI transformations.
