Raised in a multicultural home with strong ties to both Cuba and Israel and as a member of the LBGTQ+ community, Dan grew up passionate about social justice, community building, and global affairs. In pursuit of those passions, Dan, co-founded IDEAS Generation in 2018 alongside two former Cook Ross colleagues. He brings over a decade of experience helping organizations and communities to build bridges across difference. Dan has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College. He is a 2025 Aspen IDEAS Fellow and a 2023 Roddenberry Fellow. When not working, you will find Dan tinkering on a new recipe, struggling through a Wednesday NYT crossword puzzle, or finding his inner Millennial navigating social media.
