Ghadeer is a visionary leader, organizational strategist, and fierce advocate for equity and belonging. With over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and enterprise-level development, Ghadeer is known for reimagining systems through collaborative planning, human-centered design, and deep community engagement.
As the Co-Founder of Ally Lab, Ghadeer leads innovative consulting focused on executive leadership, allyship, and organizational transformation. She has coached and trained hundreds of leaders in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging practices, equipping them to take tangible, values-driven action in their institutions. Her work disrupts bias and fosters inclusive cultures through a powerful combination of data-informed design, behavioral science, and radical empathy.
Previously, as Executive Director of The BrandLab, she launched and led the Kansas City market—building a network of schools, agencies, and corporate partners to create equitable access to creative careers for underrepresented students. She secured over $750,000 in philanthropic support and helped place more than 500 students in paid internships, reshaping the local creative workforce.
Ghadeer’s leadership journey also includes impactful roles at Shook Hardy & Bacon and DST Systems, where she championed cultural transformation and learning across global teams. A trusted voice in civic and nonprofit spaces, she has served on over a dozen boards, including Rose Brooks Center, SAVE Inc., Goodwill, and the Civic Council’s Inclusive Prosperity Leadership Group.
