Description

Passover is a holiday that traditionally celebrates the liberation of the Jewish people from the yoke of Egyptian slavery, but its message of liberation is universal. It is generally a religious service set around a dinner table, where the order in which participants eat, pray, drink wine, sing, discuss current social justice issues, and tell stories is prescribed by a central book called the Haggadah. This will be a special Seder, because it will focus less on the religious aspect and more on the liberation of ALL people from oppression. People of all faiths or none are welcome to participate!
