Wade to the war in Gaza and more, DEI leaders are increasingly tasked with addressing divisive events that require a nuanced, multilayered approach. The role of a DEI practitioner involves providing support, fostering dialogue, and promoting inclusivity, but how do we hold space for those who have different polarizing views? In this session, panelists will invite DEI practitioners to contemplate the turbulent times we find ourselves in, reflect on their own worldview, and offer strategies for effectively addressing the mounting crises that impact our work.
