There is today a tremendous amount of division around workplace DEI efforts, and there are aggressive efforts to stop it and even make it illegal. The resistance to this work is more organized and scripted than maybe ever before. That resistance is also very loud and seems to be controlling the narrative about the work that we do. There are today a lot of people that have been misinformed about what we do, why we do it, and how we do it. There is real hatred for sure, but there is also a staggering amount of information and that requires different tools, tactics, and strategies.
