Speaker Bio
My purpose and passion are the driving forces behind my work. I am fortunate to collaborate with individuals and organizations, helping them to define their “why, what, and how” through consulting, coaching, and training. I believe that while relationships are often built on similarities, truly meaningful connections are forged through both similarities and differences. There are countless paths to achieving our goals!
Born with a rebellious spirit, I grew up in India full of passion and curiosity, questioning why I had to conform and why different rules applied to different people. My inquisitive nature often led to spirited debates, much to the chagrin of my parents.
My quest for purpose and self-discovery took a significant turn when I moved to the US in 1993 at the age of 20. Over the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to understanding both myself and others. It hasn’t been an easy journey, and I continue to evolve and grow every day.For the last 17 years, I have channeled this journey into a consulting practice, where I help others navigate their own paths. My work aims to inspire individuals to embrace both their strengths and weaknesses, showing up authentically in everything they do. In today’s fast-paced, competitive world, it’s crucial for organizations to have every employee fully engaged and contributing their best. This can drive innovation, new product development, higher employee engagement, and much more.
As Joseph Campbell said, “The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.” I am truly privileged to be who I am and to help others find and embrace their own authentic selves.
