Fadjanie is a corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, certified HR and organizational development professional, and speaker with nearly a decade of experience across technology and professional services helping build diverse and high performing teams. She works with organizations and individual leaders to develop strategies and systems that promote inclusive and equitable outcomes. Fadjanie is a certified OD professional who uses a systems approach to building sustainable DEI strategy with a focus on translating from passion to influence. She currently serves as the first Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Forrester, working with executives and functional leaders to align, execute, and embed D&I strategies.
