Kimberlee Archie is an enterprising change management strategist who focuses on increasing and leveraging individuals and organizations through capacity building. With more than fifteen years in leadership roles within human/social services and public administration, she has diverse experience which enriches her approach to effectively working with the human element of change. Ms. Archie was the inaugural equity and inclusion leader at the City of Asheville, NC where she established a vision, created an infrastructure, and instituted tools for operational change for racial equity outcomes. Kimberlee has operated Knowledge + Skills = Options Consulting, since 1997. She offers strategic consulting, training, and leadership coaching. Her consulting approach is from a strengths-based perspective, believing every person brings strengths and assets to each unique situation. Kimberlee is a practitioner, coach, and facilitates learning in the areas of racial equity, racial justice, and anti-racism to support the growth and development of racial equity practitioners and leaders. In 2021, Kimberlee introduced WELLTH (wellness + health), a community for BIPOC racial equity/justice practitioners and leaders where self-love, self-care, healing, and wellness are promoted and encouraged to ensure sustainability in the movement.
Kimberlee holds a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Training and Performance Improvement and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. Ms. Archie is a life-long learner who has also received professional education in Nonprofit Management, Learning and Development, and Executive Coaching.
