Lisa Fain is the CEO of the Center for Mentoring Excellence, where she spends her time working with organizations across the globe to create more inclusive workplaces through mentoring. A global speaker, master facilitator, and executive coach, Lisa works with individuals and groups of all sizes to help them discover and create mentoring excellence. Lisa has co-authored two books on mentoring: Bridging Differences for Better Mentoring and The Mentor's Guide 3rd edition. In February 2024, she became President of the International Mentoring Association and was recently named a LinkedIn Top Voice in Mentoring. Lisa formerly led the diversity and inclusion function at Outerwall Inc., and was an employment attorney at a multinational law firm for almost a decade. She lives in Seattle, Washington where she loves to hike and explore the Pacific Northwest.
