Movell Dash brings two decades of expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with a history of collaboration with key public and private sector entities. She leads her consultancy, Modas Personal Development, driving DEI strategies and coaching, and has initiated programmes for BAME/POC staff and Black Women's leadership. Movell's legal background, project management credentials, and her role as a certified strengths coach complement her work. Currently, she's a co-founder of a DEI-focused tech start-up and a certified Cultural Intelligence trainer, continually advocating for systemic DEI advancements as a seasoned public speaker.
