Marcia is a dyslexic advocate, neurodiversity Champion, thought leader, intersectional speaker on intersectional neurodiversity, and the author of ‘Black, Brilliant and Dyslexic’, a collection of stories and experiences from the Black and dyslexic community. An educator working to empower young people and families in education, she is a content creator who provokes the narrative on representation and the Black lived experience.
