Stephen started his personal journey of men’s work in October 2010, when he completed the flagship training program of the ManKind Project (MKP). He later led the organisation in South Africa and was on the MKP International Council from 2016-2019 as the SA Representative. Stephen has facilitated workshops with men from different countries across Africa and the USA. 
Stephen is an Executive Board Member of The ABLIS, Advisory Board Member of the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, and Ambassador in South Africa of the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises and was a judge and mentor on Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs TV Reality Show, the largest of its kind in Africa coming out of Nigeria with a 26 million viewership.
